The Epic fleet includes the Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Piper PA-44 Seminole, and four different flight simulators. We purchase all new training aircraft directly from the factory. Therefore, students can expect a safe and comfortable flight. Also, we maintain our fleet on site in our excellent maintenance facility. Above all, safety is our number one priority. Successful flight training is accomplished through a combination of factors. These include student aptitude and dedication, highly skilled flight instructors, and, of course, top of the line aircraft. Our oldest plane was manufactured in 2014, and the average age of our fleet is 5 years.
The Cessna 172 Skyhawk has been the #1 flight training aircraft for decades. Therefore, the Epic fleet includes these safe, high visibility planes. Our planes are custom painted with Epic’s distinctive red tail for safety! Most importantly, when you fly a 172, you’ll know why it’s the most popular aircraft in the world.
The Piper PA-44 Seminole is the preferred twin-engine flight training aircraft by the pilot school industry. Epic’s fleet has always included the Seminole for multi-engine training. You’ll easily spot our Piper Seminoles in the air by their bright red tails, a uniquely Epic characteristic. They’re even more fun to fly!
Epic’s fleet includes Flight Simulators, which reduce costs for flight students while allowing them to safely train in all weather conditions and situations. Our inventory includes Precision Flight Control and Frasca simulators. Florida has great flying weather and is the perfect place to train. However, it’s important to simulate all types of weather during your training.
