This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) explains how Epic Aviation Inc. (“Epic,” “Company,” “we,” or “us“) collects, uses, shares, and protects information of the users of EpicFlightAcademy.com and all other sites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where this Privacy Policy appears or is linked (collectively, the “Website“). The terms “you/your/user(s)” means you as a user of our Website.

  • Content You Make Public. We may collect information from you that you voluntarily upload to the Website or otherwise for public display (“Public Information“), such as when you post in our forum or post a review about us. Once you submit Public Information, neither you nor we are able to control how it may be copied, shared, or used by third parties, even if you or we later delete such Public Information. Accordingly, you should carefully consider what personal information you choose to include within your Public Information.
  • Device/Internet Connection Information. No, Epic does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose information that reasonably identifies you. We have not sold consumers’ personal information during the past twelve (12) months.

We will do our best to protect your information, but the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Epic retains your information for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law or valid court order. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete it, or, if this is not possible (for example because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information until deletion is possible.

Our Website may include content or links to content, products or services provided by third parties. This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by Epic through your interaction with the Website. Third Party services that may be accessible through links from our Website have their own privacy policies and information collection, use, and disclosure practices. Third-party sellers, advertisers, and partners also have their own privacy practices. 12. How do we protect the privacy of children?

Epic will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. Epic does not knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of 13 and requires all users of the Website to be 18 years or older. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. We have designed this policy to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

13. How can you receive and opt-out from marketing communications?

By providing your contact information through the Website or an email initiated by you, you consent to receive emails from us, including information concerning your account and advertising messages.
