JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall daily operations of a training campus and providing leadership to flight instructors. This is a full-time position.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and mentor a team of Flight Instructors
- Coordinate daily training schedules
- Maintain the cleanliness of aircraft and facilities
- Serve as a liaison between company departments
- Tour prospective students who visit the site
- Monitor site email communications
- Coordinate aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with company maintenance personnel and vendors
- Oversee daily operations of the training campus
Qualifications:
- CFI/CFII (500 hours of dual instruction preferred)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands, to reach and lift, and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Occasionally may need to lift up to 20 pounds.
Salary:
- $30/hr – office hours (20 hrs/wk)
- $35/hr – all activities
- Performance-based bonus structure
