Important Information:

Flight Purpose: Discovery flights are reserved for aspiring aviators and are not intended for sightseeing or training flights. Limit one flight per person.

Passenger Limit: Maximum of two passengers, and the combined weight of occupants cannot exceed 390 pounds.

Weather Rescheduling: If weather conditions prevent a discovery flight, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.

Arrival Time: All passengers should arrive 15 minutes before a scheduled flight.

Duration: The entire experience, including preflight planning, is approximately one hour.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a discovery flight will forfeit the value of that flight.

What to Bring: A valid government-issued ID, comfortable clothing suitable for the cockpit, and sunglasses to reduce glare.

Health and Safety: Please let us know as soon as possible if passengers are feeling unwell or are experiencing health concerns prior to a flight.
