Remembering John Bryan
The Epic family mourns the loss of flight instructor John Bryan who passed away on August 6, 2020. John is survived by his wife Gloria, step-daughters Lina and Marcela, granddaughters Antonella and Sophia, sons-in law Rafael and Javier, sister Mary, and other family members. John’s friendliness and energy impacted our school in a positive way. He was a talented aviator and good comrade. We will all miss him and remember him fondly.

Captain Judy’s Corner: Flying the Approach
Captain Judy Rice, Epic’s Ground School Instructor, has written about the art of flying an approach in her new article.
Epic’s motto is “Safety first!” and our commitment to safety is evident not only in flight, but also on the ground. The Epic safety team promotes a safe culture by organizing training, such as CPR certification for employees. Last month, 5 more employees became CPR certified. We now have 13 employees who are CPR certified and able to assist in an emergency situation, if needed.
