Epic and FEAM Maintenance / Engineering have partnered to provide eligible aircraft mechanic students with tuition support and employment. The program invites Epic’s aircraft mechanic students to apply for a partial tuition sponsorship along with part-time work while in school. The program highlights include:

  • Tuition Sponsorship: Up to $18,000 sponsorship toward your training
  • Part-Time Work: Earn up to $22 per hour at FEAM while working part-time at FEAM while training (evenings/weekends)
  • Career Launchpad: Potential starting pay of up to $35/hour upon successfully completing Epic’s program and receiving A&P certification. FEAM also offers excellent benefits (medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and performance increases).
  • Training: 18-19 month program with classes 4 days per week – Monday-Thursday, 8am to 3pm
  • Student Costs: Remaining tuition/app fee ($27,000); plus FAA exams (approximately $1,575) paid directly to DME.
  • Student Commitment to FEAM: 3-year employment commitment with FEAM Aero after graduation
