One of the requirements of Epic’s Airway Direct Program is the successful completion of the Crew Resource Management (CRM) course. This type of flight crew training is essential for airline pilots. In this course, you will learn procedures that enhance your skills in leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication. CRM training emerged in the 1970s. The FAA has required and monitored CRM since then.

What topics does this course cover?

First of all, the emphasis for the CRM course is safety. Therefore, we present every topic from that perspective. Crew Resource Management focuses less on technical skills and more on attitudes.
