Epic Acquires New Piper Seminole for Training

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FL – Students and staff swarmed the newest member of the Epic fleet, a brand new Piper PA-44 Seminole. Epic relies on the Piper Seminole as the best multi-engine training aircraft available. The popular aircraft has been embraced by flight instructors as a top training aircraft since it was first produced in 1979.
Danny Perna, Epic CEO said, “The Piper Seminole has been an amazing aircraft for our students, and we are always thrilled to take delivery of a new aircraft of this caliber.” Perna cited the Seminole’s G1000 flight deck as one of its best features. “Our students train in the newest aircraft with the latest technology so they are prepared when they go to the airlines,” he said.
Epic’s flight instructors stand by the Seminole as their preferred multi-engine training aircraft. Chief Pilot Vic Johnson said, “Our instructors and maintenance crew love the Piper Seminole, and we are proud to continue adding new aircraft to our fleet.” The new plane arrived sporting the Epic logo on its tail.
