Captain Minimum Requirements:

  • Education – Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid ICAO ATPL
  • Valid ICAO 1st Class Medical certificate
  • ELP level 4 or above

Type-Rated

  • B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months
  • At least 5,000 hours total flying
  • At least 1500 hours in command of multi crew, multi engine aircraft in excess of 10 tonnes operating weight
  • At least 1000 hours in command of B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft

Non-Type-Rated

  • At least 5000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 55 tonnes operating weight (A318 or larger) -OR:
  • At least 6000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 50 tonnes operating weight (EMB 190/195 or similar)

Training Bond 3 Years

  • Type Rated USD 24,000
  • Non Type Rated USD 36,000

Pay & Benefits

  • Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: monthly AED 48,485
  • Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 16,310 (Based on average 70 flying hours)

  • At least 1,500 MPA hours flying time

  • At least 2,500 hours total flying time
  • At least 1,000 hours on modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi -ngine aircraft over 10 tonnes operating weight (preference will be given to those with PIC time)
  • At least 1500 hours MPA time

Training Bond 3 Years

  • Type-Rated USD 24,000
  • Non-Type Rated USD 36,000
