Are aircraft mechanic students required to log a certain number of training hours like flight students?
Yes, and our FAA-certified program ensures you will meet the minimum number of hours to satisfy the FAA and provide you with knowledge and skills needed to become an aircraft mechanic.
Each course is approximately 4 months in length, so the entire aircraft mechanic program takes about 19 months to complete. This requires you to attend school 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday), 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each course requires 450 hours of class time.
