Endeavor Air also offers the only guaranteed interview with Delta Air Lines via their DGI program. After serving 18 months as an Endeavor Air captain, pilots are guaranteed to interview with Delta Air Lines if they meet all of the hiring minimums.
Recently announced enhancements to the DGI are designed to increase the success rate of Endeavor applicants by eliminating the Job Knowledge Test and improving scoring during the HR interview portion. They are also the only airline to offer in-house interview prep for the Delta interview.
