Victor, a 19-year-old graduate of DeLand High School, completed his studies in May 2024. During his time at DeLand, he was an active member of the football team, which achieved significant success, including reaching the State Semi-Finals and winning the District Championship for two consecutive years—a feat last accomplished by the team in 2009.
Currently, Victor is enrolled at Epic Flight Academy’s Aircraft Mechanic School, pursuing his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Aviation has been a lifelong passion for Victor, inspired by his father, who has been painting airplanes since the age of 15. As a child, Victor often accompanied his father to work, sparking his interest in pursuing a career in aviation.
Victor’s family owns and operates Flex Aero Painting and Interior, an aircraft refurbishment business. His mother manages marketing and sales, his sister oversees parts and renderings, and his father handles operations. Once Victor earns his A&P certification, he plans to join the family business to focus on tasks such as removing and installing flight controls, inspecting the painting process, and completing necessary sign-offs.
