Maxwell Stewart Franklin, known as Max, is a student ambassador at Epic Flight Academy and a dedicated advocate for aviation and personal growth. Hailing from Winter Park, Florida, Max began his aviation journey through dual enrollment with the Gaetz Aerospace Institute during high school as part of his NJROTC program where he earned his student pilot’s license.
Grounded in the principles of Stoicism, Max values philosophy and introspection, drawing peace from within. He embraces a lifestyle of balance and well-being, enjoying activities like meditation, yoga, hiking, and eating clean. Max also finds fulfillment in serving his Lord and helping his fellow man. These pursuits fuel his deep appreciation for nature and the freedom of flight.
With a passion for adventure and self-reliance, Max dreams of one day homesteading on a grass strip, cultivating a farm, and owning a bush plane to explore the wilderness. At the same time, he is committed to achieving excellence in his career as a professional pilot and helping others reach their goals not only in aviation, but in life itself.
