Jellie Songcat is a proud mother of two and was born and raised in Davao Oriental, Philippines.
She permanently moved to Davao City when she was 17 and finished Hotel And Restaurant Management at the Career Institute of Southeast Asia.
Jellie began working as a brand ambassador assisting clients with their online presence and branding through social media in 2015. After a year, she started working with Epic as a Customer Support Representative and was able to use her experiences in hospitality through supporting website visitors’ inquiries and concerns.
She spends most of her time with her family and her greatest hobby is gardening.
