Epic does not legally guarantee employment after graduation. Hiring is ultimately up to the efforts of the individual. Many Epic students from outside of the US will return to their home country to seek employment once they have completed their pilot training at Epic Flight Academy. Every airline has its own set of hiring requirements, and we encourage our students to review a particular airline’s hiring requirements before applying for a First Officer or Captain position.

Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. For international students, tuition is $69,674.00, and it takes approximately 7 months to complete the training. https://epicflightacademy.com/international-pilot-pathway/

The program includes Private Pilot Course (3 Months), Instrument Rating (2 Months), Commercial Pilot Single-Engine Course (2 Months) and Commercial Multi-Engine Add On Course (3 weeks). Non-tuition costs like foods and accommodation are not included.

A Green Card is not required for international students and must have a valid passport to join.

Yes. We are happy to offer the “pay as you fly” option. You are required to pay at least $10,000 as a down payment before your classes begin. Then, you will start using the funds on your account until you have $2,500 left on your account. Then, you will need to add funds to your account to continue flight training.

Yes, we do accept applicants from a wide range of technical and professional backgrounds, including Heavy Equipment and Heavy Diesel Mechanic graduates.

To become a trained aircraft mechanic at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA you must:
1) Be 18 years old either prior to starting the program OR by the completion of the program.
2) Speak English proficiently.
