Private room with shared bath is $950/ month. Private room with private bath is $1050/month. This is a 3 bedroom home rented exclusively to EPIC students. This includes all utilities, laundry, access to entire house, yard, storage, off street parking, full kitchen and Wi-Fi. I do provide bicycles if you don’t want to bring a car-it’s not necessary.
