    Hello Ramy,

What are the entry requirements for your flight training programs?
    – To become a trained airline pilot at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA you must:
    1) Be at least 17 years of age
    2) Speak English proficiently
    3) International students must have a valid passport (Passport information: https://epicflightacademy.com/passports/) or two other forms of identification if you are from the USA
    4) Completed high school or secondary education (Grades don’t matter, only that you completed school.)

Can you provide details about the training curriculum and the types of aircraft used?
    – The course includes ground lesson, simulator, and actual flight training. We have Cessna 172s, equipped with the G1000 glass cockpit and twin-engine Piper Seminoles/PA-44. https://epicflightacademy.com/epic-fleet/

How experienced are the flight instructors, and what is the student-to-instructor ratio?
    – We frequently hire our own students after they have passed their CFI and CFII checkrides. Why? Because we know they have received the best training possible! Epic Flight Academy is extremely proud of our student-to-instructor ratio. We typically enroll between 200 and 250 students on campus at any given time and employ approximately 70 to 75 flight instructors, many of whom trained right here at Epic. This means we keep our student-to-instructor ration at approximately 3 or 4 students per instructor ensuring a high degree of personalized instruction.

Are there any additional fees beyond the published tuition, such as exam fees or equipment costs?
    – Non-tuition cost like housing is not included. Please check the full cost breakdown here, https://epicflightacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/domestic-airline-oct-2023.pdf

What type of support services do you offer to help students with their studies and training? Can you provide information on the success rates of your graduates in obtaining pilot positions?
    – We actually have many career pilot options for US students in partnership with different airline companies including United Airlines.

What safety measures and protocols are in place during flight training?
    – Our safety record is second to none. We are a Cessna Service Center, with our own certified technicians who pride themselves on top notch service and attention to detail. This means we always put safety first. If you walk through our maintenance hangar, you will see Epic planes in for scheduled maintenance, as well as those of private pilots and other flight schools who use our service.

Are there opportunities for students to gain practical experience through internships or partnerships?
    – Unfortunately, we do not offer an internship program. But we actually have a cadet program where you can be a first officer right after you complete the course.

Can you share information about the available financing options or scholarships for students?
    – Our financing and student loans are available here: https://epicflightacademy.com/flight-school-student-loans/

How is flight scheduling managed, and what flexibility do students have in creating their schedules?
    – There are mandatory ground school classes that vary by course and those take place at various times Monday-Friday. For the flight training portion as a full-time student, you would be scheduled at least twice a day, five days per week. Flight training can take place Monday-Sunday depending on the days your instructor works. Our flight schedule is built daily and posted for students for the following day.
