Semi private room in dedicated EPIC student home. 2 Epic students share the master bedroom and bath in a 3 bedroom home. 3/4 mile to EPIC. $200/week includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry. No car necessary. Great for students transitioning in while waiting for housing, or transitioning out if your current has lease expired. Pet friendly home. $200 deposit, $200 weekly.
