Theres a fee of 700$ to process the visa what if I fail the m1 visa do I have to pay the 40,000$ instantly? Or its divided monthly?

Yes, the application fee is $775 USD (non-refundable) and it covers several items:
1. Application
2. English assessment
3. I-20 SEVIS generating fee(this is the document needed to apply for the M-1 VISA)
4. Shipping
5. Access to the online learning tool which you can start using at home.We are happy to offer the “pay as you fly” option. You are required to pay at least $10,000 as a down payment before your classes begin. Then, you will start using the funds on your account until you have $1,000 left on your account. Then, you will need to add funds to your account to continue flight training.
