Please assist me with school fee outline and the brochure of the school

[Martha – Epic Staff]

Hello Tomu,

We offer pilot training and aircraft mechanic courses. Which one are you interested in?

Thank you for using our forum!

[Paige Palmer]

“Hello Martha,

Thank you for following up. I am specifically interested in the Pilot Training program.

Could you please provide the brochure and a detailed fee outline for this course? I am looking for a breakdown that includes flight hours, ground school, and any additional administrative or equipment costs. If you have different tracks (such as Professional Pilot vs. Private Pilot), please include the pricing for both.

I look forward to reviewing the documents.

Best regards,

Tomu”

Analysis of the Request
In this professional exchange, Martha is acting as a “gatekeeper.” Epic Flight Academy (or similar institutions) cannot provide a single “price list” because flight training is highly individualized.

1. Identifying the Program By specifying Pilot Training (or “Aircraft Mechanic” if that is your preference), you eliminate back-and-forth emails. Pilot programs are usually billed per flight hour, whereas mechanic programs are often fixed-tuition academic blocks.

2. Requesting the “Fee Outline” A “fee outline” in aviation is more complex than standard college tuition. It usually involves:

Direct Costs: Fuel, instructor time, and aircraft rental.

Indirect Costs: Books, FAA exam fees, insurance, and TSA processing (for international students). By asking for a “breakdown,” you ensure Martha sends the full transparency document rather than just a total estimate.

3. Tone and Professionalism As a prospective student, your communication style reflects your readiness for the disciplined environment of aviation. This short, structured response shows you are serious and organized.

Key Details to Watch For
Once Martha sends the brochure, pay close attention to:

The “Price Guarantee”: Most schools provide estimates, not fixed prices, because student progress speed varies.

Prerequisites: Check if the fees include the medical certificate examination.

Hello Tomu,

Thank you for using our forum. Here’s the FULL COST BREAKDOWN for our pilot training program.

If you wish to take our Aircraft Mechanic program, the tuition is only $35,000, and it will take around 15 weeks to complete.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I am interested to apply and pursue my aviation journey. Can I ask if how much is the total cost for pilot training? And also I am from the Philippines. Looking forward to start my journey with Epic Flight soon.
