My Private Pilot License(From South Africa) will be expiring End of July 31/07/2021 Do i have to renew it fist in South Africa before coming to the USA, Or i can get it renewed in the States.
My medical is still valid until 2023

Hello AlexTan,
You need to have your PPL current in your country’s aviation authority if you plan in converting it to the FAA and move on.
