Its easy to get a job with this hours? Or we have to train more time to get a job?

We have had many students obtain their commercial pilots license within 8 months of training and become a Captain right away. Some may be hired as Captain for a smaller commercial airline; some begin their careers as a First Officer depending on the hiring requirements of respective airlines.
