If at all I enroll with Epic, is it possible for me to get any job from outside the compass that can help me to pay my tuition?

That is possible if you have permits to work in the United States.
To work in the United States, you must have one of the following:A Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card)
An Employment Authorization Document (work permit)
or
