I would like to know if i come from UAE on vacation can i finish my FAA exams given that i hold a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and have finished the EASA and GCAA modules.

Sorry, we do not offer FAA mechanic exams only.
Here at Epic, students will need to attend our training before they can take FAA oral and practical exams.
