I see that it says 10mths domestic and other schools say 7mos…what are the extra mths for?

Our US domestic pilot program will take approximately 10 months to complete composed of Private Pilot Course, Instrument Rating, Commercial Single-Engine Course, Flight Instructor Course, Flight Instructor Instrument Course, Commercial Multi-Engine Add On Course, and Multi-Engine Flight Instructor Course.
While our International pilot program is composed of a Private pilot license course, Instrument rating and Commercial pilot license only and will take approximately 7 months to complete.
