I have my PPL/IRA and want to finsh my CPL/CPL multi Add on. What is the plan and how long it will take?

Do you currently hold an FAA PPL? If no, you just need to submit your license to FAA for the verification process. https://epicflightacademy.com/foreign-pilot-license-verification
After verified, you will have your FAA PPL and you will have to repeat your IR, and commercial under FAA standard.
