ParticipantI came to USA for flight training in December 2018, but due to some unfortunate events back home had to return to India in February 2019. I’d only done 9.3 hrs of training. I couldn’t resume my training in 2019 and last year due to the pandemic.
My M-1 visa was issued in November 2018 and is valid through November 2023.
This time around, I would like to change my school to Epic Flight Academy. I know I would require a fresh I-20 and pay SEVIS fees. The main question is – am I eligible to come on the M-1 visa that I already have? Or do I need to apply for a fresh new M-1 visa?Jonell – Epic Staff
