I am actually quite fluent in English and although I have not taken any sort of IELTS exam yet, I may do so in the future and prove my fluency.
I am a student under the Cambridge O-Level program currently, due for my exams in May/June of 2024 and I will sit for my A-Levels in May/June of 2026.
Will I be eligible for any sort of scholarship given that I achieve good grades?
