I already have a valid F1 visa, do I have to go back to Israel to adjust the visa status? Do you have any Israeli alumni that I can reach out to?

If you already finished your study here in the USA under F1. We recommend you need to return to your country and receive a new I-20 to process your M1 visa. Yes,
