Hello. I read through the basic overview of all Pilot’s Licenses on the website and I would like to realize my childhood dream of finally becoming a pilot. I live in Indiana. Am I required to specifically find a flight school locally? What is the average cost of a PPL? Am I required to own a plane before starting this process? Do flight schools have training planes to certify with? Thank you for your time!

We do accept domestic and international students. Our Private Pilot License Course Tuition is $27,360 and it will take around 3 months to complete the training. https://epicflightacademy.com/private-pilot-course/

You don’t need to own an airplane just to earn your pilot license. We have Cessna 172s, equipped with the G1000 glass cockpit and twin-engine Piper Seminoles/PA-44. https://epicflightacademy.com/epic-fleet/
