Given the conditions of the m1 visa (no employment outside the academy), what employment can international students have inside the academy?

You cannot work while you are in the United States with an M1 visa. M1 visa is a study-only visa.

Apart from financial aids, is there any arrangement for international students to support/fund their training programmes?
