English is not my first language but Zimbabwe is an English speaking country.I have completed high school and everything wa written in English.I also went to college and University,can I consider English as my first language.secondly how mush is considered as enough funding.
Yes! All students are required to speak, write, and understand English to qualify. They also need to pass our English Assessment test given after paying the application fee.
