You are not required to pay the tuition yet. However, in order to start the application process, you will have to pay the application fee of $775.
The $775 covers several items:
1. Application
2. English assessment
3. I-20 SEVIS generating fee(this is the document needed to apply for the M-1 VISA)
4. Shipping
5. Access to the online learning tool which you can start using at home.
