Currently a senior in university pursuing a bachelor in information systems specializing in systems and networking. How long will it take for someone like me to start from the beginning and become a pilot full time?

    Hi Sphenic!

Our U.S. Airline Pilot Program takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards and it takes approximately 10 months to complete the training. Total tuition is $81,647.00 USD. https://epicflightacademy.com/professional-pilot-pathway/

It is from zero experience to a commercial pilot course including CFI training. To check your eligibility for the course, you can start here: https://epicflightacademy.com/prequalification-enrollment/

    Thank you!

It usually takes several months to several years to obtain a pilot’s license and become a full-time pilot. You will have to attend an aviation school or training center, complete the required courses and training, and gain sufficient hours of flight experience. In addition, you may face additional requirements such as medical examinations and exams, as well as passing tests and certifications. In general, this can take anywhere from a few years to decades, depending on your efforts, resources and circumstances.
