Cost of training in Epic.

I feel like I misunderstood the cost of training. Like, that 46000 USD, is that cost of my entire training or a part of it?
Can anyone please help me to understand that price breakdown better..

Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. For international students, tuition is $46,041.00, and it takes approximately 7 months to complete the training. This also includes the following licenses: Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot License.
