Single family home located only minutes to school. Kitchen is equipped with basics for everyday living. Three bedrooms available. Utility CAP of $100 a month for water and electric and basic internet included in the monthly rental. Utility overage will be billed monthly and split between occupants. Master bedroom- Queen size bed offers private bathroom @ $1000.00 per month. Bedroom 2 offers Queen size bed at $950.00 per month and Bedroom 3 offers Full size bed at $950.00 per month. shared bath for rooms 2 & 3. Washer/Dryer use included. Brand new energy efficient dishwasher & Air conditioning within the last year. Enclosed patio has an A/C as well. Private parking in front of house. Lease will coincide with the school schedule with release of lease with a 30 day notice if needed. One months refundable deposit required upon signing of lease*. Free application fee if student supplies acceptance letter to school, valid ID and guarantor.
Students can go on either of these sites to view the house. Post the dates for rental for sometime in October 2024 since I blocked the house on these sites to rent to the students and earlier dates will not show up.
*Full refund on deposit will be determined by final walk through & sign off of any repairs if necessary. We ask that the property be cleaned and ready for our next guest. If professional services are required a cleaning fee may be applied and taken from he deposit.
