Hello Michael,
Unfortunately, no. You will be traveling with an M1 (study only) visa. It will not allow you to work in the United States during your stay.
On the other hand, if you have a work permit ready such as a work visa, you are very welcome to work at the same time do your training since Epic Flight Academy welcomes part-time and full-time students.Thank you for using our forum!
