Can I still get a job with only an Airframe Certificate? or Does it has to be exactly both?

Definitely! A licensed Airframe Technician is sufficient enough to get you a job. But it is recommended to get both certificates to broaden your scope of job opportunities and be eligible for a wider range of positions.
