Can I enroll with my electronic IGCSE results and then wait for the actual certificate that will come out in March?

Hello Ateem,
If that is equivalent to high school, yes, you are welcome to enroll. However, make sure that you get your actual certificate because sometimes US embassy would ask for it and you need to show it to them.
