Can I be a CFI here after I complete my training? And can I complete my bachelors while being a CFI here? Does this academy have any affiliation with any nearby universities?

We do offer flight instructor course however, we can’t guarantee a flight instructor job.
If you wish to proceed to take a degree and want to stay longer, Epic Flight Academy and Daytona State College (DSC) have signed an articulation agreement. This allows Epic’s flight school students to transfer your flight training hours to DSC for college credit. https://epicflightacademy.com/daytona-state-college-program/
