Can I apply to a part time job? or Is it possible that I have a part time job so I can provide for my tuition and necessities?

Are you a US citizen? If yes, absolutely, you can make part-time jobs.
Otherwise, you are not allowed to work here during your stay since you will be traveling with an M1 (study only) visa.
