Hi Abolarin!
Once you finish the program, you will have at least 30 days to return in your country since M1 visa does not allow you to work in USA but only to study full-time. Hiring is ultimately up to the efforts of the individual. Many Epic students from outside of the US will return to their home country to seek employment once they have completed their pilot training at Epic Flight Academy.
