Hello DOR,
If you are a domestic student, has working permit, and legally allowed to work in the US. We hire our own graduates. And, we are happy to recommend you to our partners. https://epicflightacademy.com/aircraft-mechanic-partners/
We also have Jon Luck, our own Career Development Coordinator who finds the A&P jobs once you are done with the training.
On the other hand, if you are an international student. You have to go back to your home country and find a job opportunity there. There are vast employment opportunities once you earn an FAA licenses.
