The particular courses you take before applying to Epic Flight Academy do not matter as long as you have a high school diploma or equivalent.

If you are from outside of the US you need to be at least 18 years old to begin flight training.

If you are from the United States you have to be at least 16 years old before you can solo an airplane and 17 before you can be issued a pilot certificate.
