Can I complete my PPL in an institution in my home country (Bangladesh) and continue with the rest of the program at Epic Flight Academy?

Yes, that is possible. The first step you should take is to convert your PPL to FAA you can find more information on that here https://epicflightacademy.com/convert-foreign-pilot-license/ . You will have to retake IR and CPL here.
