Epic Expands Aviation Maintenance Department
New Smyrna Beach, FL – From annual inspections to major overhauls, Epic Aviation can now meet the needs of all aircraft owners. Epic’s newly expanded maintenance and repair department boasts more than one hundred years combined maintenance experience among its staff of A&P mechanics. The Epic maintenance team is available for annual inspections, airframe modifications, major engine overhauls, sheet metal repairs, avionic repairs, installations, and inspections on all types of aircraft.

Epic’s computerized inventory control system and a nationwide network of part suppliers allow parts to be readily available or obtained in a timely manner. As a Cessna Single Engine Service Station, epic stocks a wide selection of parts. By utilizing Cessna Aircraft’s CPD-Express system, Epic has real time inventory availability access. This combined with a highly trained, professional and courteous staff minimizes your aircraft down time and keeps you in the air.
Annual Inspections: The basic Annual Inspection takes about 16 hours. At $55 per hour (the current shop rate) that is $880. Epic is a full service facility offering flight training, aircraft sales and rentals, and aircraft maintenance.
