Epic enforces a strict no-show policy that requires the student to be prompt for all scheduled activities. According to Epic policy, students must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activity and be prepared for their activity each time they are scheduled. If the student fails to check-in more than 15 minutes beforehand, a fee will be charged to the student’s account for a “No Show” or “Late Check-in” for the activity.
