Yes, students must have passed all 14 ATPL Module exams before taking the EASA CPL and IR Skill Tests. Before starting ATPL ground school you must have a PPL. However, students can time-build and complete their FAA CPL before completing all 14 of the modules. We are able to offer EASA theory through our partnership with CATS Aviation in the UK.
