We are proud to be hosting the 3rd Annual Epic Aviation Scholarship & Billfish Bash, featuring the Epic Scholarship Bash community event and Epic Billfish Bash fishing tournament in support of the scholarship fund! Awarding over $70,000 in flight scholarships to Florida high school students in the last 3 years, the event draws hundreds of aspiring pilots, anglers, and aviation enthusiasts.
2018 Scholarship Bash Community Event
Join us at Epic Flight Academy on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 for food, fun, and flight as we award aviation scholarships to two deserving Florida high school students! The Scholarship Bash and Epic Student Reunion is open to the community and will feature Dustin’s Bar-B-Q, exhibits by sponsors, presentation of scholarships and fishing tournament awards, silent auction, and raffle items. (Silent Auction is new this year! Items include a 9-day cruise for two on any of the American Queen Steamboat vessels/$7,500 value, 7-night stay for two including breakfast & dinner at the historic Cross Keys Hotel in Chatteris, England/$1,700 value, VIP tickets including “meet & greet” with country superstar Brad Paisley/PRICELESS!, and more!)

2018 Aviation Scholarships
We are thrilled to have received many applications from Florida high school students for the 2018 flight training scholarships. The two scholarship winners will be announced at the Scholarship Bash Community Event by the New Smyrna Beach Mayor on Saturday, November 17th, during the Awards Ceremony at 1:00pm.
Each $5,800 scholarship includes flight instruction with a Certified Flight Instructor consisting of 20 hours of simulator training, 10 hours of aircraft training, 15 hours of 1-on-1 Ground School instruction, and enrollment in Schoology, our online learning platform.
