Mike grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Over the years he lived in Florida, Maine, and Pennsylvania again before finally settling down in Florida for good. Along the way he obtained an accounting degree from Mount Aloysius College, a hospitality and tourism associates degree from Pittsburgh Technical, and an MBA degree in Supply Chain Management from Ashford University. He also spent these years gaining experience in the finance and accounting fields. Prior to working at Epic, Mike worked for Halifax Health, TopBuild, and Florida Community Bank. When not working, Mike loves to work on model trains, learn new things, play the guitar, watch Pittsburgh sports teams, and travel. In addition to many US locations, he has visited Cuba, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, and Egypt. Mike and his wife, Jeanette, go to many Troprock music festivals and house concerts, supporting singer-songwriters and raising money for charities. He is a stepfather to Jonathan, who currently attends Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
